It depends on the theme of the event. Reach out to us via email and we will be happy to discuss more. Mohar loves to speak on people-related topics such as developing people within the organisation.

It all depends on the needs and requirements of the client. A pre coaching data capturing and stakeholder engagement will first be established followed by a contracting partnership with the client and the coachee. A review progress and goal scan for opportunities affirmation will be determine after these sessions. The coaching journey lies between 6 to 12 months

We are able to train in all areas of people management and HR – from operations and management, corporate human resources, leadership, customer service and quality, business strategy and more. All sessions can be done via Zoom or face-to-face.

Yes we do offer CEO and executive coaching sessions tailored to your specific needs.

We can coach one-on-one or group coaching for your team, including C-suite level and managerial levels. Each coaching session is between 60 to 90 minutes. It can be done via Zoom or face-to-face.

Our principal and founder, Mohamad Mohar Ibrahim, has more than 30 years of corporate experience and chalked up more than 2700 hours of coaching. He is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and obtained the Certified Master Coach from Corporate Coach Academy. He is a member of ICF Malaysia, a local chapter that represents the International Coaching Federation in the USA. He is also a life member of the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches.

A Master Certified Coach (MCC) must demonstrate knowledge and proficient application of the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and definition of coaching. He/she must show a commitment to high ethical standards and have demonstrated, through a rigorous assessment, competence in using a variety of behaviours and skills in their work with clients.
